Knowsley Housing Trust gains top 100 employer award

It has just been announced that Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) is the only Housing Association in the

North West

to be placed in the National Top 100 employers in Stonewalls Workplace Equality Index. It is one of only four housing providers to make the top 100 nationally.

 

Now in its fifth year, the index from campaigning group Stonewall tracks the impact of workplace culture on gay, lesbian and bisexual employees. It has quickly become a key indicator of positive practice in diversity.

The Index is based on a range of key indicators which this year included the largest ever survey of lesbian and gay employees, with almost 7,000 participants.
