Learn how to make simple healthy meals with a FREE cooking course in Kirkby. Run by the Knowsley Community Cooks, part of 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the course is open to any Knowsley adult who wants to prepare healthy nutritious meals that can be enjoyed by all the family.
Community Cook Team Leader Susannah Green said: “This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills and diet. It teaches you how to cook healthy food on a budget. If you fancy learning how to cook delicious meals such as shepherd’s pie, lentil and spinach soup, fish pie and fruit crumble then come along. No cooking experience is required.”
The cooking courses run from Kirkby Fire Station in Webster Drive on a Tuesday afternoon from 1.30pm to 3pm for four weeks. It’s a rolling programme so you can start your four week course at any time.
