Huyton Health Forum aims to give local people an opportunity to express their views, concerns, experiences and suggestions about health services in order to improve the services offered by Knowsley Health & Wellbeing.
The Health forums are relaxed and informal and a great way to engage in local services.
The next 2012 Huyton Health Forums will be held on the following dates:
- Friday 14 September 1pm - 2.30pm
- Friday 12 October 1pm - 2.30pm
- Friday 9 October 1pm - 2.30pm
- Friday 14 December 1pm -2.30pm
All Knowsley residents and/or any partner organisations interested in health and well-being are welcome to attend.
The venue for the Huyton Health Forum is the North Huyton Primary Care Resource Centre (first floor meeting room), Woolfall Heath Avenue, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 3TN.
