Santa Claus today joined forces with the crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers, to encourage the public to become ‘Secret Santas’, and give anonymous information about crime and criminals in their community.
This Christmas Crimestoppers is looking for members of the community to play their part in the fight against crime by becoming ‘Secret Santas’
The charity is asking the public to give them a present anonymously of information about criminals and crime in their community.
Santa’s little helpers will be waiting in their call bureau throughout the Christmas period 24/7 to receive your presents of information. Some of these will be like gold nuggets that will bring great joy to those whose lives have been devastated by the effects of crime this year.
“We encourage members of the community to give us information about drug dealing, burglary, theft, abuse or any other crime that they have information on. We would wish all the criminals in our community a very unhappy Christmas”.
If you would like to be a Crimestoppers Secret Santa this Christmas ring the charity anonymously on 0800 555 111 or go online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org
