Enjoy a magical breakfast with Santa and visit the safari winter wonderland
This Christmas, Santa will take a break from his official duties in the North Pole to enjoy a wild adventure at Knowsley Safari. He’s set to host a series of unforgettable festive breakfasts and welcomes families into his enchanted Christmas grotto.
A memorable day for the whole family, Santa is set to meet and greet guests and serve up a breakfast feast in the Oasis restaurant, before inviting them to join him on a fun-filled journey around the Mizzy Lake.
Families are encouraged to wrap up warm as they hop on board the Santa Express to explore the Equatorial Trail. Look out for the water-loving tapir, beautiful sitatunga antelope and capybara - the largest rodents in the world.
Eveline de Wolf, Head of Animal Management at Knowsley Safari Park comments:
“The animals and keepers can’t wait to meet Father Christmas this December. He’ll be arriving extra early to take a tour of the Safari Drive and he’ll see some of the additional preparations that the keepers have made to keep the animals comfy in the cold British climate. This includes thicker bedding for the antelope, heating in the giraffe house and hot potatoes for our cheeky baboons!”
The walkaround area at Knowsley Safari will also be decked with a spectacular 20-foot tall Christmas tree, adding extra festive sparkle to the Safari space.
The breakfast with Santa events will take place on, 21 and 22 December, from 10am – 12pm. *Cost: £10 per child including breakfast and a Santa Express train ride.
*Prices do not include admission.
