If the Tour de France has encouraged you to dust off your bike and go for a ride, British Cycling in partnership with Knowsley Council is running a series of free bike rides to get you pedalling this summer, and what’s more, you’ll earn rewards when you ride.
With Sky Ride Local all the planning has been done for you. British Cycling has found the best routes, trained up friendly Ride Leaders to guide and support you, and picked some cracking places to visit along the way. And with three different levels on offer, you certainly don’t need to be a pro rider to take part! There’s something for everyone – whether you’re building your confidence or looking to stretch your legs on a cycling challenge.
If you take part in two Sky Ride Local rides by Sunday 3 August we will send you a limited edition British Cycling neck buff. If you’re lucky enough to attend three of our guided rides we’ll post you an exclusive British Cycling water bottle and enter you into our prize draw to win a VIP experience to the Tour of Britain this September.
The next rides coming up in Knowsley are:
